Maintenance

Frog offers maintenance contracts for preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as hotline support. These contracts are fully flexible and are drafted based on customer needs and requirements. As customer you decide what level of maintenance you can do ‘in-house’ and which activities will be outsourced.

Frog AGV Systems offers the following maintenance contracts:

1. Full service contract: time, material and unlimited helpdesk support.
2. Service interval contract: pre-determined number of services per year.
3. Service account contract: pre-paid account from which service hours are subtracted.
4. Support contract: technical assistance via telephone and/or remote log-in.
5. Upgrade contract: software en hardware upgrades.
6. Continuity contract: AGV availability guarantee.
7. Uptime contract: guaranteed system uptime, defined in agreement with customer.
8. Back-up contract: installation of a back-up system (upon request at Frog).

Each contract can be adapted to fit the application of the customer. A customized contract is also possible.
